Halo of Hope is a North Mississippi nonprofit that helps parents in need find sponsors to provide gifts for their children during the holidays. Before this project, the organization had no website and relied on spreadsheets, messages, and social media posts to manage hundreds of participants. The process was overwhelming and left room for errors and miscommunication.
We built a brand-new WordPress website from the ground up to bring every part of their process into one place. The site includes a custom donation and registration system that allows parents to apply for assistance, be verified, and submit their children’s needs. Sponsors can then create accounts, browse through verified requests, and choose families to support. The design is cheerful, inviting, and built to make giving simple for everyone involved.
Halo of Hope needed a way to replace a complex, manual process with a single, dependable system. Handling everything through spreadsheets and social media was not sustainable as the organization grew. Managing parent applications, sponsor signups, and individual needs became confusing and time-consuming. The challenge was to build a secure and easy-to-manage platform that would simplify communication and organization while maintaining a personal, community-focused feel.
We created a fully custom WordPress site with a tailored backend built around Halo of Hope’s real workflow. Parents can apply directly on the site, submit required documentation, and have their profiles verified. Sponsors can create accounts, browse available needs, and choose the families they want to help. Behind the scenes, Halo of Hope staff can easily manage users, review submissions, and track fulfilled needs through a single dashboard. The site design balances functionality with warmth, reflecting the heart and mission of the organization.
The new Halo of Hope website transformed how the organization operates. What was once managed through messages and spreadsheets is now fully automated and easy to navigate. Parents can apply and track their requests with confidence, sponsors can give directly through the site, and staff can oversee everything from one secure dashboard. The platform not only saves time but also strengthens community connection and increases the organization’s reach. Halo of Hope now has a digital foundation that reflects its purpose of spreading hope and joy to families across North Mississippi.

The layout adapts smoothly on phones, tablets, and desktops to make sponsoring simple anywhere.
Built for action, this contact page invites donors, sponsors, and volunteers to reach the team in seconds. Clear copy explains how to help, while a mobile friendly form captures name, email, phone, and message. Simple validation and accessibility ensure quick replies and confident outreach.
This section shares Halo of Hope’s mission to connect North Mississippi families with compassionate sponsors during the holidays. The layout combines storytelling with clear next steps for parents, sponsors, and volunteers, encouraging visitors to get involved and help spread joy to those in need.
Built for Halo of Hope administrators, this database streamlines organization-wide coordination. Admins can sort, search, and filter every family’s record directly in their account. The secure, user-friendly interface allows instant updates, helping the team track progress and meet community needs efficiently.
